(More customer reviews)At first I thought it would be too big for a single cup but I use larger cups and it works great. I can make it conveniently without a hassle and it is great for a fresh cup at work. I actually use a regular coffee filter in it to make it easier to clean up after. I bought 2 more for gifts.

Brews the perfect mug of hot tea with absolute convenience. Fill brewer to approximately 1" from top with water. Heat in microwave on high for 3 minutes or till water boils. If you prefer, use boiling water from a kettle. Add 1 - 2 scoops (scoop provided) of your favorite tea then close the lid and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Place the brewer on top of the mug and automatically tea will flow down into the mug through the built in strainer found at the bottom of the brewer. The shut off system stops the flow when brewer is lifted! Dump the spent leaves, rinse and it is ready for use again. This is a wonderful system for the hurried tea lover! Large size, brews up to one gallon of iced tea. 32 ounce capacity.
